Unknown money missing

FNB has a tendency of taking money or debiting for this one doesn't know, when chatting to the secure team they gives you information that is incorrect clearly they do not know their product. You sleep with money into accounts wake to minus!!!!! Clearly one to perhaps keep monet under the bed coz this is nonsense
