UNKNOWN LISTING FROM FNB

FNB has listed me for account that is almost 11 years old of which I have no idea of owning such account. I have tried to contact FNB, they refer me to a third party, I contact the third party they refer me back to FNB. I have now contacted FNB and still to no available can somebody help me in removing this listing as there is no one that can own up to listing me. FNB is listed as the company whom has listed me, yet they keep saying I should contact a third party. Can someone assist me please as this is pathetic, I have even emailed FNB customer care ws given a refrence number, yet when I call the reference number cant be traced, what **** is this really>>>$%$#@$@$@^%
