Unknown Forex Transactions and FNB says it looks like a subscription?!

I have unknown transactions from my account and when I call for customer support all they can tell me that its a subscription? She couldn't give me details from where it was coming from and she couldn't help me to cancel it or stop the payment going out.

The transaction detail:ZBD FX IBK5I00194 SD3GR2NJD0B2EPA1 This is the detail of which I had to research online and see that some say that is a transfer fee from a transfer I made 2 months ago? Also every time I make an International transfer there is 2 line items, the actual international transfer and the 2nd line being the fees. So why charge me again and even more?

Ive been on the phone for more than 1 hour and no one can help to stop these payments
