Unknown Foreign T Debit order attempt

As I have been banking with FNB for the last 18 years and I GENERALLY have not had any issues besides card ***** on 2 occasions, which was quick and easily resolved.

I recently have received this 3 R8.00 failed debit orders with the reference "foreign T***x" . What on earth is this now? How are there so many loopholes in FNB security as of late?
