Unknown fee charges

Another unexplainable R200 deduction on my account, 1July 2024 for unpaid charges dated 24 June, what are the charges for. I have 2 weekly deduction but sometimes those deductions will go off four times a week charging me more money for failed transactions, why a second attempt to deduct if the 1st one failed and a charge fee added why attempt a 2nd time for the same debit order and again charge me. It's your money making scheme. Since January fnb has been doind this make several same debit order attempts then double the missed charging fee. After 18 years I am going to close my account with you
