Unknown debit orders going off

25 March an amount of R5200 went off my account and when I query i was told it's a debit order and must contact the service provider but I have no debits or anything with said service provider, 31 March this same "service provider" debited R943. I have been enquiring since last week and it's happening again. What is the solution here?
