unknown debit order for simcard

I app**** for a cellphone and simcard with fnb on Friday the 07/04/2017,i received both cellphone and simcard on Monday the 10/04/2017,i havent actived the simcard yet but i was debited R208.33 on Tuesday for simcard connection.I phoned regarding cancellation of the simcard however i have been told that i should wait for 30 days for cancelation. What the hell? I want my R208.33 back now i cannot wait for 30 days.I spoke to the lady by the name of Florance today, she took me from pillar to post.that lady is unprofessional she doesn't have a good customer service, even her Supervisor refused speaking to me,they are both useless.i will never apply for fnb simcard ever in my life.
