UNKNOWN DEBIT ORDER

I've just received an email and sms to say there's insufficient funds in my account and unpaid debit orders. As far as i know i do not have any active debit orders in my account. What angers me is that there already a bank charge in the account. Can this be fixed! I've heard it with FNB unnecessary bank charges!
