Unknown debit

On the 28th April 2021 I asked for help identifying a payment from my credit "Is it possible to determine who this payment was made to on 29 Mar 1sa Cash Vodsmlkk2 R9G 1 700.00, I can find no record of it on my normal SMS system" since then I have sent follow up emails and been sent different reference numbers but no resolution
