Unknown charges again... Please refund again!

Hi there,

I thought we had already sorted out this issue with my previous complaint. However, I have noticed that FNB is still charging me an exorbitant amount of R372.17 for some unknown reason. I have not made any forex or overseas transaction and it has happened a couple of times before. FNB refunded me the previous times, but now I am being charged again. I am currently overseas and not using my account, but I am still being charged. This is unacceptable.

Please refund the amount of R372.17 immediately. Also, as I am overseas and my South African phone number does not work, please contact me via email.
