Unknown cell number on my online profile

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services I have received since opening an account with FNB on 5th November 2023.

To begin, I encountered a significant issue when my salary payment was rejected on 25th November 2023. It came to my attention that my account had not been activated due to missing FICA documents, despite not being contacted or informed about this requirement beforehand. This oversight resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and financial strain.

After filling out the necessary documentation to rectify the situation, I believed that all issues had been resolved. However, just four days ago, I discovered an unknown mobile number associated with my online profile. This number is receiving all One-Time Passwords (OTPs) crucial for secure transactions and authentication purposes. As a result, there is a legitimate concern regarding the security of my account and personal information.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving these matters promptly and efficiently. It is essential that my account is fully activated without any further delays or complications. Additionally, please ensure that the unknown mobile number is removed from my online profile immediately to safeguard against any unauthorized access.
