Unknown bank fees or charges

I need to know why do I have to pay fees for unpaid items when my 2 debit orders were paid? I contacted your contact centre and I was not able to be assisted as the lady was claiming that she not able to verify my credentials via the App and not sure why is that? We are living in difficult times and every cent counts ,that cannot be rite when I have to pay 135.00 for something I don’t know. I accepted the fact that your monthly fee is 229.00 which is 20 times more to what Capitec is charging but still you want to take more money from me .
