Unknown Bank Charges and Personal Loan

FNB is so becoming useless. I mean, I opened two personal accounts online back in 2019 and they didn't deliver the cards not even a single communication regarding the problem. All those accounts got closed and disappeared from the app without a single person informing me what the problem is. All of a Sunday I get calls dept collectors telling me I have a personal loan that I owe to FNB and also card charges for +/-R15k. What is this? Is this the way they make money without communicating with their clients for services that they didn't even provide to them. I mean I've never even received money into those accounts nor used them at any point due to lack of ATM cards but now I owe then such amount in less than a year... There are so many banks out there with good customer service than this. I want out of this ****.
