Unknown Aspire Credit card account

Dear FNB

I have been trying to get hold of your credit card division for the whole morning and I have not succeeded.

I have noticed that everytime I put my card in the ATM, there is a second account which I know nothing about and it's Aspire credit card account.

Can someone please urgently call me in order to sort this account out or remove it from my name because I do not have any credit card account with FNB.
