Unjustly charged

I have recently decided to move from Standard Bank to FNB, and have been trying for the past 3 months to get the process done.

However, FNB has STILL failed to complete the salary switch which I was told would be done 2 months a go. The first consultant I spoke with was a young Indian gentleman (unfortunately I dont remember his name) and he supposedly initiated the process of the salary switch. When it came to pay day and my salary was still paid into my Standard Bank Account, I complained. I was informed by a female consultant that the fault was on their side and that the consultant we dealt with originally had failed to complete the process. But she assured me that it would be rectified. Once again, my salary was paid into my Standard Bank Account.

The real issue, though, began when FNB started sending me letters demanding that I pay a fine for my account being over drawn! They have some nerve to charge me unpaids when it is unpaid because THEY have once again failed to complete the salary switch! I absolutely refuse to pay these fines. It is 100% their fault. If this is not rectified, I will remain with Standard Bank.
