Unjust Treatment

I have been having a recurring problem with a certain debit order month in month out. I know that it shouldn't be going off but every time i tell FNB to help and stop it they say they is nothing that can do on there side. They once reversed it and now they cant help. This is not in anyway helpful cause they are my bankers and are intrusted with my finances. It is wrong and i want solutions not getting transferred for one department to the other, and phones been cut off after holding for so long
