Unjust Fees

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the non-withdrawal fees app**** to my account. I have carefully monitored my account activities and noticed these charges are being levied regularly. I find this unacceptable, especially considering the current circumstances where carrying cash poses significant safety risks.

In today’s environment, where cashless transactions are encouraged for security reasons, it is perplexing that I am being penalized for not withdrawing cash.
