Unjust fee to honor nothing

My account was charged R8 honoring fee on the 21st August I had a positive balance and had had no debit orders or payments that would have cause such a fee. I went into my local branch (Longbeach mall) and spoke to Chante who also could see no reason for the fee. She then sent an email to ask for the charge to be reversed. It hasn't been and I have had no feedback since. Whilst it is only R8 what is to stop this random unjust fee in the future.
