UNJUST ACCOUNTS TERMINATION AND FUND REFUND TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT INVESTIGATION

I have been a client of FNB since early 2020 until late 2023 when the bank started accusing me and messing with my accounts based on offenses I did not commit. I sold assets to some customers and having received the assets; the customers reported to their banks that they were not the ones who made payments to me (these were attempts to de***** me). Their banks contacted FNB. Based on these reports FNB blocked my accounts. Thereafter, I supp**** all required evidence of the transactions with these customers. Long story short, three (3) of my bank accounts were terminated by FNB in January 2024 after I had provided all the evidence required regarding the transactions on my accounts. This they did without any investigation even after I provided all required documents and a link the company that is involved provided to testify to the fact that I carried out legitimate transactions with those involved. R5,000 was taken from my account as a refund without notifying me, contrary to the FNB policy as indicated on the banks 'website. I got the branch manager involved; she tried her best, but at some point, she was also frustrated. It took me a long time before part of my fund was released. The annoying part was that the bank told me that it could not investigate those I transacted with; rather, they would rather hold me responsible and deal with me by taking decision against me. I told them, guys, other banks are protecting their clients, and here you are crucifying me for offences I never committed. To make the matter worst, there were two transactions carried out by myself from my Standard Bank to FNB which FBN tagged as ***** proceed. I called Standard bank to inquire if they reported me to FNB, Standard bank said they never reported me to FNB. Not only that, In one of the reports against my account, I called the unit involved at FNB and quoted the report number. The consultant on the phone apologized that it was an error. The issue has to do with a Credit Card, and I don't have a Credit Card, yet my account was accused based on issues that I knew nothing about. In another instance, R5,000 was held in my account and when the hold was lifted, my account read -R,5000. This I had to take up again before it was revered. I have all the evidence of what I have said. I totally lost confidence in FNB. The consultant involved never picks up calls. The consultants at the branch were so frustrated by the guy assigned to my issue that they had to refer me to the Branch Manager. She, too, was frustrated at several points because I because a regular visitor at the branch. This is unfair to FNB.
