Unit Trust

I had recently dis invested R4000.00 from my unit trust on 16-11-19, till today i have not received anything. I called FNB for over 30Min on 19-11-2019 they told me i will get my money at 15:00pm too 16:00pm. till then nothing and i have an emergency
