UNISA and FNB *******

I'm really infuriated by what UNISA and FNB are doing!!

So, I have app**** at UNISA online, which is R115 . I got the details on how to pay for my application fee at FNB because I don't have internet banking. I was told that I have to make the deposit at the ATM and had to pay R120 since ATM's don't accept coins.

So I want to know if I make deposits that have coins I have to round it up and just forget and look the other way about the little monies I will lose?

Or is this a way to force people to use online banking for payment like these?

What are the Tellers for inside the branches?

I'm really upset about my R5.00 that I was forced to give to UNISA. I just don't understand how this works. That R5 may be little to some but it was and is a lot for me.
