Uninterested with helping

I made 4 calls just to get help and guess what nothing. I was then transferred to Premier banking I spoke to a Dineo Lelope who's line was crackling and she said she transferring me to a better line guess what I was sent back to the beginning. I'm already fed up with FNB and this just tops it up 10 minutes on line and no flipping help.

I've been saying FNB is becoming useless and you're making sure that I must I must leave FNB
