Uninterested ,non responsive

Still not contacted regarding my statements which are in Afrikaans and not English. Can't be translated apparently it's impossible to go back a few days. Speak to consultants unwilling to help ,speak to operators unwilling to help can't even get a referral to someone that might be able to assist. They cannot care any less about their clients needs. Uninterested is the best way to describe their service.
