Uninterested CRM misrepresenting moneygram/FNB

I was sent a moneygram from my father in England and being an FNB banking client, attempted to retrieve it via the ATM. Unfortunately the ATM system would not allow me to complete the transaction for whatever reason. I then attempted to go into the branch and receive the moneygram. Being the festive season it is understandably busy but FNB Ladybrand obviously does not care that there are people, such as myself, who work 8am to 5pm with only 30 minute breaks at a time. I went into the branch on Monday 15/12/21 10am, 11.30am and 2pm, on each occasion there were two tellers operational out of a total of five teller banks. At one point, one of the tellers simply disappeared, leaving +- 25 people queuing. Needless to say, I did not receive my moneygram. Today, Tue 15/12/22, I called the bank, reached a very bored, uninterested sounding supervisor who told me that she couldn't help me with an appointment or allow a 3rd party recipient on my behalf and that if the ATM wouldn't let me have my moneygram, her \system"wouldn't either. I have been receiving moneygrams from the UK for 15 years plus"
