Unimpressed ***** victim

I’ve been in contact with the investigating officer at FNB with regards to my ***** case. This lady Brownyn Carelse, has gone awol for the past 2 months. My emails and calls are not being returned and it just feels wrong. I’m a victim of a crime and I am not been given full priority and comfort of some sort. I’m really unimpressed.
