Unhelpfully CSR

Had dinner at a restaurant and tried paying for it using my platinum cheque card. My card got declined twice, so I tried using my wife's card. To my surprise, her card was also declined. I got up and took a walk to nearest ATM to withdraw cash, only to find that the ATM is offline. I then call the FNB premier banking contact centre and spoke to a Kgomotso Ndlovu. I needed to confirm if FNB was experiencing any technical difficulties. After the validation, Kgomotso advised me that there is nothing wrong with my card/account. I again confirmed the reason for my call and he blatantly told me that he can't assist. I asked him to palm me to someone that can assist, someone senior. He told me that he is senior and there is no one that can assist as his manager Caswell Koert had left for the day. I had to go back to the restaurant and take care of the issue myself. Only after a few failed attempts did the transaction eventually go through. What's the reason of having a premier banking contact centre with CSRs that have no ability to assist of service your premier clients accordingly. Apart from the embarrassment I had to deal with, I was highly dissatisfied with the way Kgomotso handled my call. He surely does not live up to your slogan and if FNB care about customer service I challenge you to go and listen to the conversation.
