***********, unhelpful staff

I have 2 issues with FNB. Firstly and most worrying is that I have attempted several times to get help from FNB as I was referred to them to sort out my travel insurance with them. Is the promise of free cover if airtickets are purchased with my credit card a **** claim??? Secondly, I am very tired of receiving demands for payment on a loan from FNB. I don't owe FNB any money and have never taken out a loan with them but they are harassing me to ***** a pensioners money. They also did this previously and realised they made a mistake. After putting me through stress and pressure, I forgave them. However, they cannot make the same mistake twice, unless they have *********** staff.
