Unhelpful Private Banker

I have made a R14 000 transaction from my Private Wealth Cheque account to an ABSA bank recipient and the money never reached the beneficiary. The worst part is its not even appearing on my transaction history but I have done the transaction and remembering very well seeing the confirmation on my cellphone screen that said "transaction successful". I have sent my Private banker Leon Fourie an e-mail requesting him to assist with investigation but unfortunately he was not helpful and I asked him why should I personally call the Private wealth suite if I have him as my banker?

He is not helpful as my banker and I so wish to get someone who will understand me and be able to even escalate matters on my behalf to either ***** department or other FNB investigations organs.
