Very unhappy with FNBs contact us chat platform in app.

First I got Kgosi who redirected me to Zinhle in the loans department who immediately canceled the chat saying my device isn't verified and routed me to Nonhlanhla who wasn't able to assist me in verifying my device.

I am tired of begging FNB to communicate with me. So I'm just going to stop paying and wait for you to contact me. Then maybe we can actually get somewhere.
