Unhelpful Investigator at FNB

I have had a ***** alert on my account, which means my account has been blocked. ****mers didn't get any money out of me so they put up a ***** alert on my account. There is a case open but I haven't heard from my investigator since 29 November 2023. I can't do anything or go on with business for more than 2 months already. I have also sent countless emails to said investigator, but haven't heard a single word until this day. Apparently she is the only one that can assist me on how lift the hold/block. I am not happy at all.
