Unhelpful ***** Department

There are ******* activities on an FNB Business account (***) held by Gold Dust Properties. I reported the matter to the FNB ***** Department only to be told since I did not personally deposit money in the account I cannot report this matter. I did explain my personal involvement. The company was hired to collect rent money from a Tenant, but has not been transferring it over. Claiming they have not received it. I did inform the agent that I had solid proof, all in vain. I cannot comprehend how FNB can be content to have their brand be associated and continue to conduct business with such shoddy characters.
