Unhelpful customer care line
Since last week Monday I have called the fnb life customer care line requesting that they send me a letter of cancellation for a funeral 6 I once had with them. They had promised to email it to me, a week later I haven't received anything. Yesterday I called again and spoke to Banele Khumalo, I told me he had sent it, 20 hours later I haven't received anything
