FNB SECURE CHAT has the most ***********,unhelpful and clueless agents ever! If FNB is going to offer a secure chat service, offer a proper or dont offer it at all,it also takes time to get through to an agent and when we do its a complete waste of time. They are also extremely rude and unprofessional. We have been loyal.fnb customers for years and dont deserve to be treated in such a manner! Shame on fnb and fir this we will be switching over to standard bank!
