Unhelpful Call centre. No communication to custome

Normally FNB debits my interest charges to my Credit card on the 24th of each month as agreed upon. In October 2015 this was however done on the 26th of the Month due to the 24th being on a Saturday (which I learned after my account was in arrears). I make my payment towards my credit card every month on the 24th or the 25th. The payment that was made on the 24th of October was then allocated to the period of October and not the period of November as it should have been. On the 18th the debit order went of my cheque account for outstanding amounts on my credit card (which were already paid on the 24th of October), the debit order bounced as there was no money in the cheque account. FNB then charged me a fee for the debit order bouncing. On the 26th of November my Credit card limit was also lowered. I phoned the call centre and they were no help, telling me that smses were sent to me that my account was outstanding, I received no such smses and my details are correct on the system.<br> So my question to you FNB is, why do you have absolutely no communication with your clients? Not one sms saying your credit card payment of R*** is outstanding and will be debited to your account?
