Unhelpful bankers, stay away from Fnb

Spent 1 and a half hours on the app chatting to clueless bankers that can't do anything but redirect me and who don't understand English it seems. They just don't want to do any work and don't care at all about customers. Honestly I am thinking of changing banks as these people are ridiculous. Stay away from FNB. I've had a lot of problems with them, this was just too much though
