Unhelpful Bank

A while ago the FNB placed security to watch my house as I was unable to make payments. As soon as I was able I got in touch with them and made arrangements to start paying again and having everything sorted. After the arrangements were made it took a whole month for them to get the keys back to me as they didn't know where the keys were. I got to the house and the security company KGB was waiting there for me with the keys. We went through the house and saw a lot of things that was damaged and taken from the property. The electrical wires were ****** out of the roof while the security company was there supposedly looking after the house. There was damaged to the floors and a few places to the wall where candles burned and where the bed they put on brick were rubbing on the plank floors. The security system was taken out of the house as well and a few items were also taken. That is to name a few. I got in contact with the bank and they seemed to help but then they started to belief what ever lies the security company was feeding them. I told them to send someone to come and look for them self's. They kept coming with all kinds of excuses trying to make it seem like the place was like that before the security company came there. I know the power was working as my neighbours told me the security company was holding party's there and the one neighbour even phoned the security company about noise complaints. The FNB would have found out about this if they had sent someone to come and look and see what is going on there. There are even photos the security company took and sent me of the day they took over the house. In the photos you can clearly see the difference before they came and after they left with all the things taken and damaged. I told the bank to come look and look at the photos but they keep saying the security company says it was like that even though there is proof showing other wise. Eventually they said they will send someone to come and look, that was about a month or more ago and I am still waiting. They don't care about the people and just want to keep filling their pockets with your money. I owned up to my problem and took responsibility and am making it right. I just expect them to do the same and give me my place in the condition that I left it in not the one they did. They are responsible to make sure things are as they was, as I am making sure to keep to my agreement with them.
