Unhelpful and passing the buck
I have an Easy account which comes with a free savings pocket where you can earn interest. But there is no savings pocket added to my account. I called in, got transferred three times and no one was willing to help. Called again, same thing. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, and calling in has been fruitless. Time to move banks. Cant waste my time with a bank that wastes my time.
