Unhelpful and greedy

I went into FNB Constantia Kloof at 14th Ave, Florida for proof of physical address to be able to register my physical address at the voting station to be able to vote in the coming municipal elections. As all my correspondence comes via email and our postal PO Box address is featured on all correspondence from all our accounts, I needed proof as the banks always used to print that out, stamp it and done. <br> Now this is no longer possible with FNB and on top of it all for any printout, they want R13. Don't we pay enough bank charges already?????<br> Needless to say, I did not get proof of physical address, as all my correspondence comes to postal address and although the bank has my physical address on file, they were not willing to print that out for me and date it with today's date.<br> Shoddy and GREEDY service. Maybe we should move all our accounts from FNB to another bank
