Unhelpful and can't do the simple things

Absolutely bad customer service

Limited function on the app tried calling to fix it still nothing

Then today I call again the agents sound unhelpful so monotone like why are we calling all I wanted is 3 months bank statements for my 2 accounts I can do this on their "award winning app" then I get transferred to 2 agents when I get through to someone they drop the call and this is not the first time the call has dropped

They rude and unhelpful to even get something as simple as bank statements?
