Unhelpful

I received an email from Banzi Manona that did not address my query with OBS and adived mr to use Mr Mclellan. I have phoned and emaild FNB trying to advise that this was unacceptable. Should the reponsible peron send a letter saying Mr Mclellan is the authorised individual who would be responsible. I would accept this as adequate.
