Unhelpful

I took out a R300 temp loan, o received notifications stating I am overdue, they said to ignore if a deposit had been made of R185. There is money in my account but they haven't deducted it and Now I got an email saying I've failed to repay it in time

They took R60 to repay but still R125 is owed . The amount has been in my account. I need this resolved. I'm not held liable for this as the money is and has been in my account
