Unhelpful

<p>I had been trying to open a business account for the past 3 weeks. First i went to the fnb brandwag center where i was told i needed an appointment and i did schedule one but decided to rather go to the loch logan branch and made the appointment for last friday. I was required to give the assistant documents for the business and my id book which i did. I struggled to get to the business banker as i was never allowed to for reasons such as not having an account or that the system was down. I having been going to this brach for two weeks and each time no one is willing to assist me. I decided to do an online registration myself which went well. Mamohau mokotedi did not care to point me in the right direction even when i needed to know which printer to use she pointed at a computer and said no printer is connected to the onlibe system outside. Its said to see how little people think of us as customers as i had been refered by a friend to your bank.</p>
