Unheard Cry by FNB
My wife was using my card at an FNB atm and the atm guys were there when the machine swallowed the card now because i am not banking with them I cannot even speak to an agent to put in a request to have my card collected before it even gets destroyed. No one is there to hear me out

15 Sept 2024, 08:11My card had a my name on it and there is nothing wrong with it why should you retain my card and i should pay for a new one but your machines get balanced everyday why can't my card be taken to branch I can collect
