Unhappy with your staff and service

Dear FNB I came into the springs branch to deactivate that tap ******* on my card and I was assured that it would be deactivated within 24hours. Well it's not deactivated and I want it to be you are encouraging theft because you don't need my pin to tap I want this fixed today this is unacceptable that the staff in the branches don't do their work properly
