Unhappy with the service from Fnb

I'm not happy with Fnb and the debt collector company they using , like really I feel like they just enjoying taking our credit up for nothing , they just buzz and obviously that will reflect as if they called whiles they havent.

Can someone help me with my query, I've been waiting for banking details that said they will send via email 3 months back even today I'm still waiting. Whiles I'm still waiting my credit keeps going up . I'm not refusing to settle but seriously can you please stop calling me cause you not saying anything instead you buzzing me only.

I will keep writing till I get a response from Fnb
