Unhappy with the service

The Bank has frozen my account without notifying me, when to the shop bought food ate and when I was supposed to pay, my account was frozen it now taking forever to fix it! I have been on a call for more the 3 hours, when they transfer me it cuts.. Iam so angry now that I have to use my card. This is so unfair
