Unhappy with the fact no one called me regarding

I express my discontent with the level of service provided by FNB. On the 27th of July, I forwarded an email containing a complaint, which was assigned reference number ***. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response or feedback. Seeking additional assistance, I contacted the support line on Mon and spoke with Innocentia, who informed me that the admin team doesnt have a direct contact number. However, I was advised to submit another email to Fnbcard, which I promptly did. Disappointingly, the only response I received was from Latia Hoshe who just requested for my ID still nothing.
