Unhappy with the cipc service

Registered a business in October with the cipc but have been getting the run around since then. I paid and handed sent all the necessary documentation and still calling the call centre and spending more that 30 minutes on the phone . Its written on your website that it takes up to 10 working days but it's almost 2 months now still waiting for my registration. If fnb knew it was not a able to offer us this service then they should not take our money.
