Unhappy with the Bank

FNB acts like it is the greatest bank in the world and it is not. As an FNB client I don’t appreciate the fact that when debit orders or unauthorised payments go through with no money available, your account will be on a negative. FNB needs to understand that anything can happen like unauthorised transaction, *****, unauthorised debit orders. We can’t wait for 30days investigations so that they can clear the error. Some people people only have enough money do what they need to do at that time. This becomes such an inconvenience. When money that you need for emergency will then be deducted because of this stupidity. FNB is the only bank that doesn’t stupid things like this. I am not happy
