Unhappy with investment account

I have a fixed investment account with FNB with matured today, when I called them this morning I was told to log in a closure and was told to wait I'll get my money in few hours, I have ans for my money which a fixed for 12 months now its becoming hard for me to get my money. I went into private suite to fi d out how long is it going to take I'm now told about 24 hours, it is funny how easy it is when we invest our monies and how hard it becomes when we have to get our hard earned monies. I'm even thinking of closing the account after getting my money completely. I'm ****ed
